Policies
You must be 18+ at the time of booking - no exceptions
Deposits - A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be required at booking, no exceptions. If the deposit is not paid you will not be put on the schedule. This will be requested at the time of booking, openings will not be held without it.
*The purpose of the deposit is to partially reimburse me for time spent designing your piece in the event of a cancellation / no show, as well as to hold your time slot. The deposit will also go toward the final cost of your tattoo. I accept deposits through Apple Pay, or Zelle.
Pricing/Payment
My hourly rate is $150/hr, with a required $100 deposit that is non-refundable, please note if you don’t pay this you won’t be put on my schedule. that will go towards the total of the tattoo (please note I do have an hour minimum)
Please note, I am always happy to work with you and your budget.
I prefer cash for payment, however, I am willing to accommodate if you don’t have the means to use cash; I use Apple Pay, or Zelle.
Rescheduling / Cancelations - Rescheduling your session within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and you may possibly not be re-booked. If re-booked, a new deposit will be required, as your initial deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. Your deposit will be honored if given at least 48 hours notice.
Cancelling your appointment without rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling the same appointment 3+ times will result in the loss of your deposit.
No call / No shows - No call/ no shows will not be re-booked under any circumstance and your deposit will be forfeited.
Touchups - Touchup appointments are $100, which will require a $50 deposit. If the touchup takes longer than and hour, it is then categorized as a second pass, and will be charged by a $100 hourly.
Guests - All clients are permitted to bring ONE guest to their appointment as space in the shop is limited.
Late Policy - 15 minute late policy. Your appointment may be canceled / rescheduled after the 15 minute window has passed. Exceptions being if you are to contact ahead of time for unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, ie.).
Sick Policy - If you arrive to your appointment while sick you will be asked to leave and will not be re-booked. Contact me ahead of time (even day-of) if you are experiencing symptoms or have been in recent contact with someone who is sick and we will reschedule.
Custom Designs - Designs will be available the day of your appointment - at your appointment. Please note that I do not send designs over the phone ahead of time as I have had work stolen this way. You will be given time to review and make adjustments to your design at the beginning of your appointment.
Preparation - Please bring valid photo I.D., you cannot get tattooed without it. Please eat at least 1 hour before your appointment. Do not take take any ibuprofen, Tylenol, etc within 48 hours of your appointment. Moisturize the area you are getting tattooed for at least a week leading up to your appointment.
Numbing Cream - I do not offer numbing cream, if you decide to use your own, please let me know ahead of time and provide the brand name. Make sure to do a patch-test of your numbing cream before using it for your tattoo. Numbing cream must be lathered and covered with plastic wrap for 1 hour before your appointment. PLEASE do not exceed 1 hour, doing so may result in the alteration of skin texture and cause higher risk for complications / inability to complete the tattoo.
Consultations
I offer two types of consultations; Paid and unpaid.
Paid Consults: I charge $100 on top of the $100 deposit for this service, I will have the design ready to show you before the appointment and you can make any changes during the consult.
Unpaid Consults: No design will be pre-made but we can discuss what you want, and come to a better understanding of what you are looking for.
